Refund policy

Because our items are pre-owned, vintage, and/or previously loved, we carefully inspect and describe each item and provide photos and details to help you make an informed purchase. 

If you receive an item that is significantly different from it's description or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue. 

Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
